My Story
I started out my working life counting cable ties in a tool shop at the age of 10 and by the time I turned 16 years old, I had found my passion for administration. I began working as a trainee PA and receptionist during school holidays. Fast forward a few years and I achieved my level 5 in Business Administration and Secretarial Studies. Fast forward another few years (and perhaps a few more!) and I now have almost 20 years experience working in administration. I have worked across a wide spectrum of industries, including financial, medical (both private and NHS), and construction services, in different countries before settling in Northern Ireland.

Over the years I have mastered the skills of time management whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail. I have honed my communication skills across all mediums and have remained up to date with IT software. I am naturally a very organised person with a flair for customer service. Confidentiality, honesty, and discretion are at the heart of what I do.

Having began working from home in 2020 during the pandemic, I have now started CMA Secretarial Services offering tailor-made, cost-effective solutions to your administrative needs.
